"I closed on my home in the afternoon on a Thursday and these guys were out there Friday morning, and by Friday evening had painted my whole home, and had started ripping up the carpet to place the new flooring. This entire job was completed in four days. They came back twice to fix two little painting spots I needed fixed and did so without complaint. My next home projects are already in the planning process with Woodworxâ s. The entire crew was polite, professional, and on time every day. I was kept updated with progress, and with any information that needed to be relayed back to me, was done so in a timely manner, so that I could make a decision as to which way to go. "The process of choosing a company to install a new roof on your home, is important for the homeowner. All Seasons Roofing and Repair, LLC, followed through on everything in the contract. The re-roof was efficiently done in a timely manner. The cleanup was efficiently handled. Mr. Gerry Rotter, President, checked on the progress of the job, with his foreman often and in person. He was always available to his foreman and answered my calls or returned them promptly. The crew on site, were efficient and they worked hard and well together. I am so pleased I chose this company."

"After meeting with several roofing companies in the area and two outside of the area, not one of them lived up to the reputation that was given. They all gave good information but no one went the total distance to get the job done. It appeared that they were in it for themselves. I even had one company stating that they would not warranty the roof unless the entire roof was completed. Then I spoke with INSPECTOR ROOFING, set-up an appointment for an estimate on the back portion of the roof. Not only did they tell me that the roof being replaced would be warranted, but they thought that they could get the entire roof replaced. They did exactly what they said they would do. INSPECTOR ROOFING submitted documentation for the approval to the insurance company to have the entire roof replaced. Sent a special team all the way from Atlanta and completed the job in one day. They started about 06:00 a.m. and to my surprise was done by 04:30 p.m. that afternoon. Upon completion they did a thorough job of cleaning up. Overall I would rate INSPECTOR ROOFING excellent in all categories: Price, Customer Service, warranty, integrity, and professionalism. They even came back within a week to address any smaller concerns, like tightening up gutters, fixing screens, and double cleaning around pool area/yard in general. Iâ ve had an absolutely amazing experience with INSPECTOR ROOFING. They had an amazing working crew that was very professional with a workmen like attitude. Special kudos also gos out to Mr. Gabriel Moorhead, Miss Lindsey Nasser, Mr. Kevin Riley, and Mr. Chris Nasser (in finance) for providing the administrative portion of the contract. Canâ t speak enough on them going beyond the call after working hours. "The contractor was hired according to his quotation after vetting other contractors recommended by Angi. He collected payments through Zelle and cash in various installments, as acknowledged in his invoice, to perform the services outlined in his quotation. However, he failed to complete any of the work. The new roof he installed, which he claimed was sourced from a reputable roofing company with a 30-year warranty was negligently installed and could not pass Georgia's code test and inspection. He was informed that we are selling the property and he even recommended a buyer. He failed to complete any of the work in his quotation and refused to respond to repeated requests to cone and complete the work. We have no choice but to engage another contractor recommended by Home Depot. We have the property under contract, with closing scheduled for February 12, 2025. During the due diligence period, the buyer ordered an inspection, which revealed that the new roof LeClair Renovation LLC supplied and installed did not meet Georgia code requirements. The contractor was informed of this and he admitted to the poor quality of his work. Furthermore, he refused to provide a warranty from the roofing company, despite stating in his quotation that the roof would come with a 30-year warranty. To proceed with closing, we have engaged a professional roofing company to inspect the roof and provide a quote for its replacement. Additionally, the other work outlined in the quotation was abandoned by the original contractor and completed by a contractor recommended by Home Depot for painting. This contractor provided us with an expired insurance policy to convince us to hire him, which we later discovered was fraudulent. All evidence related to this transaction, including videos, text messages, and other documentation, has been thoroughly recorded."
