"I created a project on Angi because we needed the tile floor in our laundry room replaced. It was not installed properly years ago, resulting in cracked tiles that can be lifted, creating a tripping hazard. We needed to make sure the contractor could also remove the washer and dryer and replace them upon completion of the job. Also, we wanted a new kitchen backsplash installed. Angi sent our project details to three pros. Brian Ferguson Renovations was one of the pros who contacted us to provide a quote. Brian confirmed we had enough leftover tile from a prior job for the laundry room floor and helped us figure out how much tile was needed for the backsplash. We moved forward with Brian Ferguson Renovations. We cleared the work areas as requested by Brian prior to his arrival. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the project, letting us know arrival dates and times. Brian and his team showed up on time each day and completed the job in 2 days. "I dont have alot of experience dealing with contractors, or having this type of work done to my house. But James is amazing, and the quality of work that he does is incredible. I've shown multiple people the laminate contertops that he's put together and they've all sworn that they where real butcherblock. Laminate has come a really long way from how it used to be, some of the pieces are absolutely stunning. I made the mistake of denting the bottom of the kitchen countertop laminate with the dishwasher, which got me very upset. James stepped right in and fixed it with absolutely no problem or issue. This is the type of person that you want to work for you. He's trustworthy and he will absolutely work hard for you, and does not leave until he's done everything in his power to make sure the job is done correct. He even goes the extra length of installing your new sink and faucet, and redoing your pipework if he has to, now don't get me wrong, he isn't a plumber at all, but this is the level of customer service that this man goes through to make sure you leave with the best experience possible. He has a great personality and is very easy to talk to. Bottom line, if you look for a job and he accepts it, youd be crazy not to hire him. He is someone that I will personally keep in contact with for the next time I plan to have laminate countertops installed."

"Dul talk through my project with me over the phone. I needed to enlarge the cutout for our gas cooktop because the new one requires a slightly larger opening. Dul arrived on time and draped everything to contain dust. He got the work done in about 45 minutes, cleaned up very professionally and was on his way. I would definitely recommend him to others for installing granite or tile or making repairs, enlarging an opening, etc."
