Juan is a nice guy and does great work. He came right over to give me an estimate. He really knows what he's doing. There was no hesitation when explaining what work needed to be done. Communication is good and answered any questions I had before the work started. Work was completed in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend him.

We hired Juan to paint our ceiling, walls, and baseboards. He did a great job. Juan also fixed some drywall patches around the house. He was very personable. He did a great job explaining the process of what was going to be done and how much everything was going to cost. I highly recommend him. We will definitely be using Juan again for future projects.

Juan worked on my staircase. He replaced carpet with wood treads. The work was rushed and less than desirable. None of the woods matched. There were spaces between the steps and the walls which he proceeded to coverup with quarter round moulding. The icing on the cake was all the garbage from the shoddy work he did that was left in a huge pile in my garage which I then had to find a way to dispose of it.

"Ms. Elisabeth W. Reviewed my job 17 months after the job was completed, it would have been nice to hear from her before if she was not happy with my job. She wanted a inexpensive job so she only hire me to do labor, no material were included, this is why the wood did not match she supplied her own and were all different kinds of wood. Since I was only hire to do labor, I was not responsible for left over materials and debris, she also says that the job was rushed but I worked around her time, she was there while I was working all the time and never said anything. Please see other reviews. Thank you"

DAS was the first of the three contractors to get in touch with me, Once I selected them to do the work, they were quick and efficient. I was particullary impressed with the solution that they offered which accommodated my getting smooth flat ceilings. My painters mentioned that if the screws used were not long enouth the ceiling may fall at some point. I hope that by using ServiceMagic professionals that I am covered if something like that happen.
