I sent him pictures of the damage, and he responded immediately with a quote. We scheduled a time for him to do the repair, and he was prompt. I had nothing but a great experience with Doug. He helped with our drywall project after having a small part of our ceiling cut out to fix a plumbing issue. What Doug did that so many contractors fail to do is to be very honest and transparent through every part of the process. I never felt as if he was trying to cut corners or upsell me. The work he did is outstanding too, always making sure we knew that his concern was making sure we were happy with his work. Doug did a great job repairing some ceiling drywall that was damaged from a roof leak. He responded to our HomeAdvisor request in a timely manner. Once I sent him pictures of the damage he called back right away with a reasonable price. He was then able to come and do the repairs a few days later. Doug was on time, professional and efficient. Nice guy and our dogs liked him too! We will definitely use him for future projects.

Doug came to my assistance after a local company did a major foundation repair on my basement. I needed drywall replaced, the carpet put back in place and assorted nicks and cuts in the drywall repaired. I called another contractor and the price was very high. I should mention, none of the work done was covered by insurance, so we needed to keep the cost reasonable. Doug came out quickly to give the estimate and after I compared his price and suggestions to what the other contractor offered, I quickly hired him. He saved me so much money, I was also able to get the whole area repainted.
