"The Certified Specialist, Zach Larkins, arrived on Time and went over All of the Details with me Before starting the Job. After doing a sample of what needed to be Cleaned, Zach wanted me to review his Work before going any further. I ASSURE YOU that I am more than Satisfied with the End Results and would RECOMMEND this Company before Calling anyone else. All of the Bleach Stains that were visible in my Carpet are NO LONGER VISIBLE and I Appreciate Zach doing the Job VERY WELL and being so Professional during the Visit. "High Praise " to this YOUNG MAN and the Service he provided. THANK YOU !!!!!!"

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"I used them all the time. They were very good cleaning company. The joy of cleaning was very good and I was overwhelmed by their service. They were all the way down. They did stuff I didn't expect them to do."

"My carpet needed to be cleaned after the holidays. They did an excellent job the carpet looks and smells great. They went above and beyond to make sure that I happy with their service."

"The service was good and great. They were extremely professional, on time, always polite and efficient. They're in and out in a matter of few hours for cleaning. They always give me a headset before they coming in and they were very accommodating."

"They were very punctual and super friendly. Went straight to work made sure everything was cleaned to my liking before they left. You cannot go wrong with hiring these guys!"

"The cleaning was amazing and customer service was polite and professional."

"It didn't well from the beginning there were price changes and items that were not clear. Was told that a deep cleaning was going to be done but there were multiple areas not cleaned. The master bath shower was not cleaned. A nightstand was not cleaned because it had papers and other items on it. Dresser was partially cleaned around items atop it. So dust still remained. Breakfast room table lower level still had dust on it. Hired knowing there was a small construction area that needed vacuuming and she did not clean the sheetrock dust and any misc pulled nails. This cleaning co mentioned doing post construction cleaning, so its not clear how could this small area of work get ignored."
