My business is based on house keeping and also remodeled home cleaning, as well as apartments living in or empty I do deep cleaning as well as regular cleaning. (The way I work is I need to see the condition the house or apartment is in in order to give a fair price. I can give a guesstimate but it is subject to change once I start cleaning.) Deep cleaning is manly once a year or as desired.what is included baseboards ceiling fans windows moving furniture cleaning under furniture that can not be moved moping vacuum bathrooms bedrooms and so on Regular cleaning is once a week or every two weeks or as desired Remodeled home cleaning is just the room that has been remodeled or the whole entire house or as I am directed I do recommend a deep clean Empty homes or apartments do require a deep clean.

Yurem and her helper are very professional and efficient. Once they performed initial cleaning of our home, their biweekly process became much quicker to accomplish. Yurem is very responsive to requests for her service and scheduling both initial and subsequent service. In addition, she is very pleasant to work with and personable. We are happy to recommend Yurem Gomez and her housecleaning service.

Yurem is incredible! I interviewed a few cleaning services before hiring her, but she was the clear winner because I immediately felt comfortable with her in my home. She is easy to talk to, and she asked specific and thoughtful questions to make sure that we were on the same page before getting started. She texted me during the cleaning with questions as needed and sent me picture of the finished product. She also managed to do an impeccable job despite my two big dogs being in the way. They did an excellent job deep cleaning my entire home as I am readying the house for sale. Yurem’s was the first company that returned my text. Yurem is very thorough and I am very pleased with the job she does for me. She is always prompt and is easy to communicate with. I’m most particular about keeping my hardwood floors clean and the furniture dusted so she pays special attention to those areas. Yurem is careful to use the correct cleaning product on showers and countertops, as well. Most importantly, I trust her in my home when I am not there! Yurem is a wonderful person and does a good job with housecleaning. We are very flexible about scheduling, which works fine for me. I have found her to be trustworthy, kind and understanding if a scheduling conflict arises on my end, however I feel sure she can also set up a regular cleaning schedule if preferred.
