"I waited a few months before posting my review to test the finished product. All I can say is incredible from start to finish to performance! Jordan and Jim are two of the most honest people I have ever met. The estimate process went so smoothly. No pressure, no overselling and scare tactics I had with other large companies. Jordan listened and offered real solutions. In fact they turned out to be over $15K less than the next bidder. Jim who also owns the company and his crew showed up on time. Worked their butts off and explained exactly what and why they were doing certain things.Just another level of transparency. They put in french drains, concrete walls to support the compromised brick ones in the basement. Then two new sump pumps one is a no power required backup, a pump to remove the washing machine water into the sewer line instead of the sump pump. The also wrapped the basement, crawlspace, installed a new crawlspace door. All in two days! The house is so much nicer and dryer. My AC does not run as often, the basement is dry. We used to get water after every rain storm. We have had several heavy downpours and not one single drop of water! I highly recommend them. Fair and honest people!"

We had an unlevel floor in one of our bedrooms, we had excess moisture and mold on the wood in our subfloor of that particular bedroom. So the crew came out to our house right on schedule and got busy solving our problems. The floor was leveled with jacks, the mold remediation was done, and we got a vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace, which helps with excess moisture in our house as well. We were very pleased with the work done by Crawlspaces and More. Yes the job was expensive, but they worked with us and the final result was a small fraction of what we Could have been charged, had we hired Trotter or Aqua Guard or any of the other well-known foundation repair companies. Crawlspaces and More lived up to their promises. I Highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done to their home."

"I was very impressed with the finished product. I had this company just pour and finish my 30 x 60 slab. I put dirt in, leveled it and formed it, and put wire in middle and re-bar around the sides. I was worried they didn't have enough help, just 3 people. They worked well together and knew what to do. The surface was very smooth I have never seen concrete finished too smooth. I will use them again."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
