"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

"The team at HC Construction & Grading took on a major and challenging grading project at our mountain home in Dahlonega. We had several other companies come and look at the work and most were either asking a ridiculous price or afraid to take on the job. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. "Good. CHW connected us with MJ Services for an appointment. MJ Services technician came to the house on the morning of the appointment date, assessed, found and reported the broken equipment. He placed a temporary solution to keep the house warm during Christmas break while we waited for the parts to come in. In the afternoon, CHW sent me a note that the equipment was ordered and provided an estimated delivery date, and arranged a follow up appointment to replace the broken part."
