Signature Homes and Barns, LLC is a small, family-owned residential design and build company. We have been in business for almost 25 years! We have been primarily in the North Metro area since we began, however we are trying to move further north as our headquarters is now located in Dawson, GA. We are experts in new construction, remodeling, additions and all types of custom work. We pride ourselves with our level of care. Because we are a small family-owned business, we want to make sure that you are treated the way that we want our family to be treated. We believe that home is where your heart is, so it's important that your home has a part of your heart. We honestly think that if we work openly with our customers, we can work together to create what you want and need in a home. We are also very up front because we know how shady some builders CAN be. We want to always be the exception and exceed your expectations.
