"Terrible Quality and Non-Existent Warranty - AVOID! We spent over $10,000 painting our house and deck with this company, specifically choosing them for their promised warranty. What a mistake. Our deck started peeling just 8 months later. We were explicitly told it was guaranteed at the time of service, but when contacted, they claimed otherwise. Their "fix" was a quick spot paint that made it look worse. When we said something that said they would come paint the rest of it. Since then they've been stringing us along for three months now with promises to reschedule to paint the rest of the deck for uniformity. Now they don't even reply. On the house, the "UV resistant" paint (Sherwin Williams, supposedly 5-year fade resistant) on the sun-exposed side is faded in barely a year. The 3-year house paint warranty they tout is utterly non-existent in practice. It's clear they just subcontract the work, with zero accountability for quality or their own guarantees. We paid a premium for peace of mind and received nothing but headaches and broken promises. Save your money and find another painter – you'd get better results for a fraction of the price without the false warranty claims. Never again. The photos below show their patch work on the deck. It would only have taken a little longer to finish it. Another example is in my estimate. They quoted using Sherwin Williams Duration Flat which costs about $74 a gallon, but used just the SuperPaint around $47 per gallon. I know they did this because the painters left the remaining paint with me. Again caution when hiring this company!"

"Mr. Dubinsky was professional from the very start! He did a great job of explaining when I had questions and relieved and concerns I had about the job. We had put off having flooring installed because a good portion of it was ceramic tile and glued linoleum. We imagined it taking days to demolish all of the floors. "My exterior home painting went swiftly but very efficiently. Hugo and his teammate George arrived on Monday morning promptly and ready to get to work. They began my project pressure washing the home exterior, the driveway and my small patio slab. Tow rotted boards, one at front near the roof and another at back near the rain gutter were removed and replaced with PVC boards and caulked (various other areas of the hardy plank siding were also re-caulked). All windows, security cameras and light fixtures were covered and taped for protection from spraying of the paint. The painting commenced on Tuesday, the next day and went quickly but was very efficient. The guys listened carefully to my description of results I wanted to achieve responded respectfully to each of my inquiries/requests. They were careful to avoid damage to my flower garden and flower planters. My project went rather quickly and was completed sooner that I expected, however, the final results are amazingly beautiful. I believe our clear communications throughout the whole process is what enabled the work to progress smoothly. The guys returned two days later to install my purchased, decorative Gable Victorian Pediment (once it arrived) which completed the finishing touch of the project. My daughter and I are very pleased with the outcome, so are several of our neighbors. Hugo and George deserve my highest recommendation and positive review for a job well done. My Craftsman style cottage home is now a shining star of the entire Cul de Sac."
