After we researched vendors for a big garage upgrade at our Buckhead home, we couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Granite Garage Floors. We wanted to share our experience with them as they exceeded our expectations. What stood out most to us was their exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Communication was effortless throughout the entire process. And unlike a few other places that had high-pressure sales tactics, Granite Garage Floors put us at ease. They scheduled an in-home consultation where they thoroughly toured our garage, patiently explained various style options, and gave us time to make our own decisions. Their website was also helpful as it had several examples of different styles which helped us better visualize some of the choices we were debating. But as we discussed our preferences with the team, we were able to create a semi-custom style (a new decorative flake option) which we really appreciated. The team was also very transparent and we got clear communication from how to prep beforehand to how to maintain the floor afterwards. It was a two-day process with a highly professional team. They smoothed our entire garage floor first. Then they mixed all products on-site and applied the coating with great attention to detail. We were so excited to see how our garage was completely transformed. Perhaps the best testament to the quality is that our children now regularly ask us to park our cars outside so they can use the garage as their play area! We also wanted to mention that their pricing is competitive and they stand by their product with a lifetime warranty. For anyone considering an epoxy garage floor installation, we cannot recommend Granite Garage Floors highly enough.

Jimmy came in with lots of options. They worked with my schedule and we did two garages over the course of a couple of weeks. Excellent service and the installers were courteous and professional.

Be your own advocate. Do not expect that they will do a perfect job. Expect a 60-90% perfection job with this company. They failed to hit 100% perfection and that was after two tries. if you use Granite, you will need to be very exact to what you think you need. Do not just expect that they will tape off trim or apply things consistently. Set up a separate contract with them that will force them to perform qualtiy with the first time. They messed up the first floor for me and they slopped urethane on my walls and trim. They do not have QC as part of their process.

Chris and his team are AMAZING!! I would highly recommend them. I was going to do the grinding and polishing myself. In the end I am really happy I changed my mind and hired Granite Garage Floor. I love my indoor concrete floors now and am thankful for the partnership with Granite Garage Floors. I promise you'll be happy too.

Our job was not the most pleasant. I did not want my full patio resurfaced with decorative cement. A plumbing issue created an issue with only half of the patio. Chris went above and beyond to try to match the color and to let me know it won't exactly match. On the first attempt the color turned out awful, but Chris and his crew kindly redid it to a color that was more appealing. The finished project was beautiful. Their workmanship was incredible and they were hard working considering how hot it was outside. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

We recently contracted with Granite Garage Floors (GGF) for a replacement garage floor. Our garage floor was in very bad shape with numerous stains and also some cracks. Working with GGF was one our best contractor experiences. GGF was very professional, explained the process in detail, and pro-actively communicated throughout the process of replacing our garage floor. Everyone involved was experienced, on time and the results could not have been better. We are extremely pleased with our experience with GGF and highly recommend them to anyone considering a new garage floor.

We just purchased a new home in Marietta and wanted to get epoxy coating on the garage floor before we moved items into the garage. I submitted a request online and Granite Garage Floors got back to me within 24hrs. They provided a general estimate based on the Sq Ft. They came out to the house and the representative was experienced and helpful. They were able to get us scheduled within one week. The team that came out to do the flooring and they were knowledgeable and efficient. We love our new floors!

Floors look fantastic. They finished my 3 car garage floors (671 sq ft) and side walls. Very professional, on time, the crew really worked as a team to get the job done on time. THe sales person Kevin was great, we asked him to came out a second time a few days before the job so we can check the color we selected and he was very accommodating. The floors look better than some others I've seen that were done by other companies.

One of those experiences where you actually get what the contractor presented. The crew (C & J) were young and professional. They worked hard from the time they exited the company van until they left, completing the day's activity. Of the many color schemes they offered, the one we chose matched our home perfectly. Great results. I'm planning a detached garage. Granite Garage Floors will be contacted again.

Nick Carberry and the team at Granite Garage Floors did a fantastic job coating our two car garage. After 30 years of wear and tear on our concrete, their team came in and ground and coated the floor. It is beautiful -- better than we could have imagined. Wish we had done this many years ago!
