Hardwood Flooring Service
I HAD PURCHASED THE FLOORING FROM THIS COMPANY AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL I HAD IT INSTALLED. THE INSTALLER CAME TO INSTALL THE FLOOR, BUT THERE WAS A SECTION I DID NOT LIKE, THE PIECE WAS TRACKED. HE TOUCHED IT UP RATHER THAN REPLACED IT LIKE I HAD ASKED HIM, AND IT DID NOT MATCH. THEN HE JUST DISAPPEARED WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SENT HIM BACK OUT AND HE REPLACED THE BAD PIECE OF FLOORING.
