They added the extra piece and still now after more heavy rains we have water coming in even though it is greatly reduced and yet city inspector states it's not their problem either, so i guess it's just an unfixable problem created by God??? It's a 30+ old subdivision but still fairly flat, God help anyone needing a system ina really hilly property."
