My only negative was the fact that they left some muddy areas on the house and around the house that were not cleaned up. I expressed some concerns about the system that was installed and these were answered quickly to my satisfaction. I can only say that with the work that was done being located in an unseen area below my home only time will tell if it was done correctly. They do give a lifetime guaranty and they have been around for many years so I am fairly comfortable that there is some protection should things not work out."
