"My custom build cedar wood deck furniture (coffee table and bench) had mold and needed to be restored. I also had a wood frame daybed that was broken and needed to be repaired. Jerome’s work was impeccable! My wood deck furniture was restored beautifully like it was new and he gave me tips on how to take care of it better for the future. My daybed feels better engineered and more secure than when I first purchased it. In addition to the wonderful craftsmanship, he was also a great communicator and gave a fair price for the work. "They were very polite. They cleaned the carpet in my basement.  I had told him they could bring the truck around the back of the house, because I have a walk-out basement, but they said no. They drug the hoses through my house that were wet. My foyer is wood, so I had to put towels under the dripping hoses. They did not vaccum the carpet before they cleaned, or move the furniture to clean under, even though I had asked if they would. The carpet was very wet after they left. I saw a spot in front of the wine rack, and touched it. It was not wet, so they had not cleaned that part, or under it. I don't think they had put spot remover down, because the stains were still there when it dried. They used the sprayer and sucked up some of the water, but that seems to be all. I have a bike that I have to ride for my health in the basement. One of the tabs on the handle had been pulled out that controls the tension, and will not go back in. These are things that I was not happy about. I would not recommend them."
