I called with the request and Brian was able to get out to the house the next day to get an idea of the project so that he could get an estimate to me. He was Johnny-on-the-spot. Project scheduled and completed within two days. Awesome work. Reasonable price. Will use again.

I couldn't be happier with this company. Brian's (owner) communication start to finish was excellent. Our tech was punctual, courteous and worked very hard to do the best work possible. Brian followed up to make sure we were happy with their work. We had some areas we weren't sure were stains or wear so Brian himself came for a follow up and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. When I need carpet or upholstery cleaning in the future I won't hesitate to give them a call.

Excellent! Brian Kirby cleaned my beige carpets very well. He listened to my concerns and gave concentrated efforts to eliminate some long standing stains. I have used several companies and will only call Service Pro of Atlanta in the future..

Fiber Care did an excellent job with my rug, sofa and tile cleaning. Mario was very knowledgeable and personable. He arrived right on time, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up well afterwards. I am VERY pleased with the job. And the owner even called later in the day to see how it went. A model for good customer service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

It was an excellent experience in every way. Brian is a pro, uses first class equipment, puts in extra effort where it's needed. He was exactly on time, was careful of our possessions, left the place in excellent order, even called back from the road to tell us how to hasten the drying of the carpet so as to minimize our inconvenience. Will definitely call him again

The chair and couch were a near white color that had not been cleaned in 10 years. They came out almost new looking. Technician was prompt, courteous and prepared the area under the couch and chair with protective tarps. Very pleased with the service and would use again.

I was very happy with the quality of work and customer service. Mario, the technician, was outstanding, very friendly, and quality oriented. He was running late from a previous job but kept me informed and was very apologetic. He did a fantastic job and even went the extra mile and cleaned my rug in front of the sofa. I definitely would hire them again.

Will definitely hire again. Was told they would be there between 9 and 9:30. I was amazed I was given such a short window of time. He showed up closer to 9. Did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend Fiber Care.

Mario and his partner showed up on time to do the work and were very kind and professional. They did a great job and took the time afterwards to give me advice on how to get up stains in the future now that the carpet had been carefully cleaned and protected. Mario made sure to walk me around the rooms that were cleaned to make sure I was satisfied with the job. We have a barky little maltese and Mario and his partner took the time right away to say hi to our dog so that he would calm down. Overall, very nice men who did a fantastic job!

We are about to call them again to do our annual cleaning. We have only used them. One person came out to do the work. They reviewed which area to be sure and made sure that I took a look at everything so that it was to my satisfaction. I thought they did a great job. I think they did a thorough, complete job. Everything looked fantastic.

The carpets were fine. The chair, which was pretty heavily soiled and light in color, did not get satisfactory results, but they came back and re-cleaned it at no cost, and it looks much better.
