Technician's name was:  John Fortuna.  I do not feel he is honest nor technically adept.  I paid $80 for his know-how.  I feel that I've been scammed.  He wanted me to order a new microwave and didn't know that parts could be ordered.  Parts (per GE) was the only option. He told me GE was lying....
