They were polite, friendly helpful with us choosing at best suited our needs.   Eugene, was the representative we worked with and couldn't have been happier to with his advice.

We were mainly browsing refridgeraters, and then my Husband decided he wanted a Blueray reciever. OUr salesman was very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.

They are our go to place, they are great. They have competitive prices. We purchased a freezer at the same time we purchased the refrigerator and they didn't have the size we wanted, so they upgraded us to the larger size for free.

I liked that they price-matched. They gave us a three year warranty for free. The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.

They are not my favorite. They would not be my first recommendation for quality service. The product was fine but they did a couple of things that I didn't like. I’m not sure if that was because they are a little shady or they honestly made some mistakes. The salesman was nice and we bought appliances that were on sale. There were some problems with the delivery. They didn't deliver what we had purchased. They swapped them out. I don't know whether or not that was intentional. They replaced a product because it came to the house damaged. They replaced it with a different model with our consent. I had to talk to the manager about all of this. I don't feel you should have to do that when you are buying expensive appliances. I just think that they were a little less than professional.

I was impressed with the delivery. They didn't drag the furniture on my floor. It was raining the day of the delivery. Not only did they cover their feet when they entered my home, they also protected the furniture when the put it in my house. They were very careful, professional and respectful. They took their time and I would definitely recommend them to others.

We've had some leaks with our gutters that Gregg had done. We called this company to let them know. They were a little slow in getting here. I mean, they are okay. I would say they are average. They did come out and did the work and their prices are good. I would say they are decent in general and can get the job done. I liked their prices though.

The quick delivery time at this place and the competitive pricing are what I find most appealing. They will beat or match competitor's prices and that's nice. I think its an asset. I have been mighty pleased with this appliance sales center. I did have one problem with the appliance I got from them after it was here and set up. They had one employee they sent over that I didn't like too much but it was kind of a fluke thing and that guy has since left from what I understand. Overall, they are good though.
