our fridge compressor went out during the 3 year warrenty from lowes we called lowes twenty times over a three week period and got hung up on or they would just say we were denied repair i was in tears!!! i thought we would have to just buy another $1200 fridge!! THEN WE CALLED GENERAL APPLIANCE CO. LLC AND A LADY NAMED HEATHER WENT OUT OF HER WAY AND CALLED LOWES FOR US!!! TWO HOURS LATER SHE CALLED US BACK AND SHE GOT LOWES TO HONOR OUR WARRENTY AND REPLACE THE FRIDGE!!!! i would recomend this buisness to any one who needs assistance with a appliance ect,

I called for service because my dryer quit heating and they came out the same day and repaired it the same day. The tech was very professional and polite. He had all the parts on the truck to repair my dryer the same day. I have also, called them since my dryer repair for my refrigerator. They had to order part and it only took a day or two and they were right back out to repair.
