When I say the worst company I have ever called for repairs, I mean the worst! Their ad says they work with warranties...they do not. They do not conduct a thorough job nor document properly. This company did not provide adequate documentation when diagnosing my appliance issue. Then refused to have a 2 minute conversation with my company to provide any info about the diagnosis to correct the error. And because the replacement would not net them anymore funds, they refused to assist is the real reason. Just took my money and ran. Cost me $1100 at the end of the day. Save your money Hinesville. They are not helpful at all. Just full of excuses.

Fantastic service. Mr. Woodard came to my house within a half hour of calling him! He installed my new microwave oven super quickly. Very efficient, professional, and personable. I will definitely call Woodards again next time I need appliance work done.

In the process of checking out the oven controls he slid the built-in wall oven about 12and quot; or so out of it's cabinet cavity. He did not properly reinstall it back into the opening that was custom built for the oven. He left it gaping out of the opening at least 1and quot; all the way around! It looks ridiculous. I didn't notice it till that evening when I went into the kitchen to make dinner. Before he left I went into the living room to write him a check and when I walked in the kitchen to hand it to him he was standing in front of the oven so I noticed nothing unusual. Then I turned around and led him to the door to let him out. To add insult to injury, when I saw what he'd left me with, I opened the oven door and found 2 of the oven's screws laying in the bottom of the oven!!! Is this Jacob person a shade-tree mechanic posing as an appliance repairman or what?

They are wonderful. When he came out to put in the drum, he realized that something else was wrong with it. He had to go back to the shop. When he came back the following Tuesday, he did not charge me for the second call.
