"I spoke with a salesman named frank from the Ocala Fl branch. I was told I could pay monthly for the lawn service and would be billed the following week before they came out. the next day I was charged two separate charges equaling up to almost a thousand dollars. I canceled the account and asked for my money back and was told it would be refunded right away and how sorry they were..smh. That was on the 23rd of August and each time I call I get a different answer as to why my money has not been returned. First it was I would get it right away then it was 3 to 5 days then 5 to 7 days then 7 to 10 days and the last person I spoke with told me maybe I should get my lawyer involved because I was so upset and frustrated. This has affected me paying my mortgage and its like they dont even care also none of the reps could connect me with a supervisor or give me the number or information to the corporate office. I have never been so frustrated before in my life."

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

If a wild animal enters your yard, prioritize safety for yourself and the animal. Remember to avoid direct contact and always keep a safe distance. Contact local authorities or a wildlife rehabilitation center if the animal is hurt or in distress. Both sources should be able to guide you on how to proceed and send help if needed. Please wait for the animal to leave naturally for non-threatening situations, as many will. To deter future visits, implement measures like securing trash cans, sealing entry points, and removing potential food sources.

Both spikes and loose nets can be installed over nest sites to prevent the bird from returning, but nets are not a humane option since birds and other wildlife can get tangled in them.

Spikes are a humane alternative that deter nesting without harming the birds. In small areas, like vents, a very fine mesh net can be installed to prevent the bird from returning. These nets don't generally pose a risk to the birds.

There are a few ways to keep pesky bugs away from your garden. One option you have is to plant flowers so beneficial insects like ladybugs can control pests for you. A similar method is companion planting, which means you’ll grow vegetables that’ll discourage pests, like garlic, onions, and basil. The best pest prevention method will depend on the bugs you have issues with and the plants in your garden.

Trees that provide a habitat to bats and an abundance of bugs—their main food source—will attract bats to your yard. Because the North American landscape has changed so much in recent years, bats have a harder time finding trees with cavities to shelter in. If your yard has a dead or dying tree with a lot of sun exposure, bats will likely be drawn to it because trees with those features are less common.

Some birds of prey, like owls, hunt at night. Hawks are diurnal and need good light to see their prey. You could see them circling anytime from dawn to dusk. Species like the common red-tailed hawk are most active in the early morning and late evening when their prey is also typically on the go.
