I have been using them for about 5 years. I had a neighbor in a vacant house that had a bug problem and they were coming to visit my house. When the neighbors moved out my issue also stopped. I paid them monthly for service. They were very knowledgeable about the chemicals and uses. The chemicals were pet friendly. They were very prompt, friendly and personable.
