They took time (efficiently) to inspect onsite what needed to be done, and finished faster than intended. They even vacuumed up after themselves-above & beyond. "The team worked at my house for 2 days.  Day one, the blew insulation in the 10" of insulation in my attic and began installing R19 insulation in the floorboards.
