"The team worked at my house for 2 days.  Day one, the blew insulation in the 10" of insulation in my attic and began installing R19 insulation in the floorboards. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed.
