"Our experience with Rusgrove Construction has been nothing short of a nightmare. Michael and his wife, the owners, took thousands of dollars for a project at our house and spent it on bills they owed. The majority of the money we paid them did not go towards our job and now they do not have money to pay for materials and finish the job. It has gotten so bad that one of the suppliers they used has placed a lien on our home because they didn't pay for the materials they ordered. We have been lied to on multiple occasions and when trying to reach Michael to get information, he ignores us. He has gone so far as to block my number so he doesn't have to respond. We started this project in September 2019 and we are still less than 50% completed. Michael and his wife took advantage of us, deceived us, and is now avoiding us. For a small business owner, they have acted irresponsibly and with cowardice in conducting business."

I saw the add in a local paper and called for a Tune Up estimate because the cabinets are in good shape, but I could see areas that were dirty or streaky and feel areas that were sticky and grimy especially by the stove and sink. I didn’t have the time or energy to tackle the project. The smell from the clean agents was strong at first but went away by the time the tech was finished. The results were kind of like getting your carpets cleaned or car detailed. I didn’t realize how dirty they were or remember how great they look when cleaned."
