"Technician Jordan arrived in a timely manner. Helped me decide on a fixture and got it for me from Lowe's. He was highly professional, did the job in a timely manner and was courteous. The Mr. Electric office folks were professional and fast. I would do business again with them anytime,"

"He did a good job"

"Started out rocky. We were supposed to have work done on a Saturday and a tech called me 4-5 times on Saturday pushing the appointment back until he eventually canceled and rescheduled for Monday. He wasted our time and day. Monday came and tech Chris Melton and his assistant showed up on time and began working. He installed recessed lighting for us and he did exactly what we asked for. They did a great job. I will use them again if needed, but I will only request Chris M."

Called in the morning, they said they could come out in 2 days. They had me troubleshoot a few things and when I call back to say I needed a Service Call, they said they were in the area and would be here by noon. Randy and Cody went straight to work. They were professional and polite. Everything was fixed in a timely manner. What a great job they did. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend Lance Electric to everyone."

"Prompt, courteous, professional service! There are people that you hire to perform work in your home that are very good at what they do, and there are those that are personable and professional. It is rare that you get all three. Eric and his nephew arrived at my home on time and ready to complete the project. After his initial assessment and confirmation of what I wanted done, work commenced. They were to mount three TV's, two soundbars, and install one wall outlet. Earlier that morning I realized that in the haste of moving, I failed to get the mounting hardware for the soundbars. Fortunately, one came with it but I had to run to Wal Mart to try to find another. They had one, but definitely not what I wanted. When the time came to mount the soundbar with the hardware I purchased, Eric saw it and said, that would look very tacky. He proceeded to his truck and retrieved hardware that looked much better. The previous homeowner left a wall mount in the room where I needed Eric to install the power outlet; I was going to hang the TV myself. When Eric saw the mount, he noticed something odd about it. Upon further inspection, he realized that the mount was missing some hardware and mounting a TV on it could be dangerous. I had another mount on hand an although he was only supposed to install a wall mount, Eric installed the new mount and hung the TV! The end result was four mounted TV's and two sound bars. All wires are hidden and everything looks great! In addition to the great work, there was great conversation too! I highly recommend this company and will be using them again to install two more TV's."

"Michael did a wonderful job repairing a ceiling fan, installing a new outdoor sconce light and repairing a ceiling light in my home. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and even changed out bulbs he saw burned out. His customer service skills are excellent and his pricing was very reasonable. I have found my new electrician and will be recommending him to my friends."
