"Marco was so professional and communicative. He returned my call quickly and sent me a confirmation text and call the day before the appointment. He showed up early to the appointment and got right to work. He did a fantastic job! My carpets look brand new! I will definitely be calling him again the next time I need the carpets to be cleaned."

"Cesar gave me an estimate for installing a new tile floor in a bath and to replace carpeting in 3 different levels of the home . The est seemed fair so I gave him the ok . He showed me just a few samples of tile for the bath , so I asked for more selection and he returned with some more that provided 1 that I selected . Sort of the same routine for the carpet . If they could improve any aspect of the business , I think it would be to have more samples on hand the first time around . The guys who installed the tile did a great job , it looks terrific . The carpet installers also did a nice job , though they didn't communicate very well . Overall I'm quite satisfied .

Carpet Stretching questions, answered by experts

You may be able to use super glue in a pinch to fix your carpet, but expect the repair to last only a short time. Super glue isn't designed for carpet, so over time, it'll break down, and the carpet piece will move out of place. For the best results, go to the store and grab a bottle of carpet seam glue.

Vomit contains organic fluids along with whatever else comes out with it. When left without cleaning, vomit, and its odor can reach deep into carpet fibers and become very difficult to remove without a deep cleaning. In some cases, the combination can cause permanent carpet staining.

While it may not always be ideal, you can fix a squeaky floorboard without removing the carpet. Pros use specialized carpet screws and drive them through the carpet into the subfloor, securing floorboards. They may also use nails instead of screws if they suspect the pile will get caught in the screw. While some types of carpet will hide the screws and nails, a low-pile carpet may not.

Carpet glue is very sticky, but it's not permanent. The glue usually lasts as long as a typical carpet installation, which is five to 15 years. For the best results, you should always use the right type of carpet glue for the area you're using it in. There are carpet glues for high-traffic areas, which are more high-quality and durable than others.

The best solvent for removing carpet glue depends on its chemical composition. Most carpet glue reacts well to a solvent made from orange oil. Use mineral spirits to remove tar-based glue, which has a darker, brownish tint. Methylene chloride paint stripper and lacquer thinner should also work, but beware of the nasty and dangerous fumes.
