"There are no words that can completely express my thanks and gratitude for this professional with Legit Plumber LLC. Installation of an 50 gallon electric hot water heater was installed today as scheduled without any complications. When I submitted my request for a professional, this provider was noted. I soon received a consultation call from Troy. He listen, patiently as I explain the dire situation. Troy ask for pictures and said that he would complete cost estimation and call me when complete. He kept his word and called, giving me a detailed breakdown of what needs to be done and replacement cost for water heater and needed supplies to complete. An installation date and time window was scheduled. Troy kept me updated regarding his arrival. He arrived on time. He did a review and again, explained what he would be doing.
