"Had several plumbers come out and just â repairâ a pipe, but it kept bursting. Mr. Porter and Mr. Lott come out, dug it up and completed replaced it, and I havenâ t had and issue since! The job was completed in a timely manner and they were professional throughout the job, super reliable and dependable. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing issues from now on."

"I was really busy then and I had company coming. I probably asked them to do too much. They said I asked them to do too much and maybe I did. When I'm cleaning I always push myself and I always push my maids maybe I don't have a good feeling for what is enough. They felt like I asked them to do too much. I just don't know because I always push myself too hard especially when I have company coming. The price was okay. We had a misunderstanding about something else and I can't remember now what it was. I don't think they were very responsive in the beginning. They were here on time. I don't think I will use them again."

"Jeff (the owner) came by to assess a crack I had seen in my foundation. He told me that it wasn't actually a crack in the foundation but a crack in some superficial cement that was smeared over the actual foundation and is just a cosmetic problem that doesn't need to be dealt with. He gave me some advice and recommendations for some gutter work and didn't charge me a dime.
I really do appreciate the honesty because I really hate getting a sales pitch. I'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking for someone to give an honest assessment and I trust them to do honest work if I ever need it in the future
