Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. "OK. The price was in the middle of the quotes that I received, which were all over the place from $8k to $20k. They didn't try to push unnecessary or complicated solutions on me and went with the basic install that I wanted. The system seems to be working fine six months later. Weather caused the crew to get behind schedule and they were rushing things a bit toward the end. A few details like sealing around the floor to duct connections and putting the insulation back around the openings for the duct work weren't finished up quite the way I expected but, that's not a big deal.
