"Franchise owner was great but crew needed more oversight. Preparation of exterior was lacking and covered with paint. There is a good warranty and owner saw to it that what needed redoing was done to the best of their ability, but it took two months. Several other areas were poorly patched instead of informing me that it was beyond their ability and now I am having to hire more capable companies at additional expense."
