"Salesman made an excellent presentation. He detailed the whole process with step by step instructions on each phase of the approach Bear Mountain Painting would follow to stain our deck. Based on his presentation and research of reviews I selected Bear Mountain Painting. Not one item discussed in the sales presentation and outlined in the sales contract was delivered as they said it would be. The actual work that was provided was excellent. The stain looks good and I am pleased with the end product. Little or no communication after contract was signed. Attempted to change start date 3 times Missed commitment to provide a color sample prior to start. Communication with workers difficult and or not possible. No post project follow-up"

"Agreed on price to demo existing wooden deck, despose of debris, build new wooden deck including painting. Project took 9 days. Crew was polite & varied from 2 to 3 men. I would not call them craftsmen. There was a lack of communication. Anything that went wrong or damaged was never mentioned to Dereck or home owner. Some examples are: ? Questionable dbl stringer shorted at opposite ends, see photos. Is it safe & to code? ? Hot tub cover damaged. Someone walked on top & broke half of cover. Also multiple objects dropped from upper deck on to cover puncturing it. Cover was used as work table. ? Multiple objects dropped from upper deck onto pavers surrounding hot tub, cracking three of them. ? Deck boards on smaller deck not completely screwed down. I needed to add 93 screws. ? Kinked LP gas tubing into the house. ? Gaps on both sides of new threshold. ? Blew GFI outlet and tripped multiple breakers, one being to a food freezer without notifying owner. ? No permission given for ads."

"VERY HAPPY with the quality, professionalism, knowledge and overall work they did. We had flying squirrels in our ceiling for years and the tongue and groove started to fall, along with feces and urine. They gave us a very fair estimate and put us on the schedule as we live in Florida. They met us the following month to complete the job and turned out perfect!!!!! The stain is exact and they cleaned everything!!! We will definitely be using them again for other projects in the future!!!!! "We needed a pro to refinish our 100 year old hardwoods. Across the entire house the old floors were stained 3 different colors and we needed them to be lightened and matched. Jose was able to finish the job in about 3 1/2 days and the results are magnificent. This is the best the floors have looked in nearly a century!
