"Avoid this SCAM at ALL Cost! This company has stolen money from me and ghosted my attempts to resolve the issue. I paid a deposit of $250 for an appliance repair, and I was told the job would be completed in 3-5 business days once the part arrived. It has now been over two months, and not only is the repair still not done, but I also haven’t received the promised refund. I’ve made countless attempts to contact the office and the technician via texts, calls, emails, and voicemails, with little to no response. Finally, on August 26th, I was told I would receive a refund, but here I am, still waiting, with no communication and no refund. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience."
