Avoid this SCAM at ALL Cost! This company has stolen money from me and ghosted my attempts to resolve the issue. I paid a deposit of $250 for an appliance repair, and I was told the job would be completed in 3-5 business days once the part arrived. It has now been over two months, and not only is the repair still not done, but I also haven’t received the promised refund. I’ve made countless attempts to contact the office and the technician via texts, calls, emails, and voicemails, with little to no response. Finally, on August 26th, I was told I would receive a refund, but here I am, still waiting, with no communication and no refund. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I feel deceived and lied to by First-Class Appliance Services. I called because my fridge wasn’t holding temperature. My fridge is around 12 years old, I wanted to learn what the issue was in order to make an informed decision to repair or replace it. The agreement was a $60 diagnostic fee. The tech came to my house 10/30/2023. He proceeded to work on my fridge. When I revisited him, he informed me that he fixed multiple problems and it would cost me $275. The tech told me that he added freon to my fridge and reconnected coil fan. He led me to believe that this was the fixes I needed to have fully repaired working fridge. I reluctantly paid him even though it wasn’t the agreed upon process of just diagnosing the issue. After I paid him, he then told me that I had a micro leak and freon shouldn’t ever leak out of the fridge. He informed me that the fridge would stop working again in a few days or few weeks depending on the size of the leak and left my house. I called and expressed my concerns after he left that he ultimately miss lead me and didn’t fix the issue. He came to the house again 11/1/2023 the next day. He hooked his meter up to the fridge and confirmed that I did have a leak again. He than proceeded to claim that everything was “ok” with my fridge and his temporary fix is “all good”. I told him if he would have told me the truth before I paid him or before he did his “temporary fix”, I wouldn’t have authorized any additional work that he did on his own. The interaction ended with a yelling match on the phone with his boss saying you paid us and signed, so we are keeping the money. Stay away from these guys. I wouldn’t trust them.

First Class Appliance responded to my request for service same day and made the repair the next day. The service man was prompt and professional. He cleaned up after the repair and was thorough and quick. I would hire First Class Appliance Repair again.
