Checked my online request to get my address. Arrived within two hours of my call, on a Monday morning.
Arrived at the scheduled time.
Advised us what the problem was.
Went back to get parts.
Gave us prior notice, before he arrived in the afternoon to finish the job.
He showed us how to use the Washer to avoid damaging the gasket in the future.
Advised us on what detergent to use.
Advised coverage of warranty for this work.

"Good morning. This is Mike the owner. I am sorry that you are so unhappy with us. To our defense we were trying to fix the other problem that you had with your appliance. And even offered the money back an exchange with our part that we have installed, but you didn't want to give the part back because we did it correctly and the problem that you have paid for was fixed. Instead you wanted us to fix all your appliance problems to our cost. Won't happen. I am sorry. If any of out Angies list customers would like to see the the emails that you have sent us I'll gladly show them to anybody. There are some dishonest people out there. But I am still sorry for the inconvenience."

Service was beyond my expectations. I sent an email over on a Sunday evening and received a call from Mike around 9 AM on Monday. The service call was scheduled between noon and 2 PM the same day. At noon, Mike called to say his field technician was delayed on another job but that he would come to keep the service commitment. He was at my door before 2 PM, the refrigerator was diagnosed and repaired by 3:30 PM and the total including parts was $190. Before the repair, Mike informed me of the issue and a possibility of another part being the problem but said that he was 90% sure of his diagnoses.
The repair was completed a week ago and our bar refrigerator is running like new. Thanks Mike for a job well done.

Appliances Repairs at 10:50 AM. They called me back within 2 minutes
and were at my house by 11:20AM!! They fixed my fridge on the spot. I couldn't be happier!!
"With all do respect, what are you not happy about? We came over twice the moment you've asked. First time the dryer operated fine. We left. The second time the motor has stoped working. I've personally gave you a price for about $300.00 to replace the motor. If you wanted us to fix it. Should have said that. Thank you for your business"
I called this morning at 9am they were here by 10am. Radi called and confrimed he was on the way. Radi came in checked evrything and found the breaker was off. I thought I had checked the breaker. So Radi checked to make sure everything else was okay and it was.
Great company did not try to sell me anything at all.
All i paid was the $49 trip charge which was very fair.
Its great to know honest and fair companies still exist!
Awesome Service!
I was very impressed! He spent time looking over our dryer, ran a quick load, inspected our vent and dryer for lint build-up...
And then did NOT charge us for the service call because there wasn't anything wrong!!
That is the kind of service provider I want to support! Refreshing to interact with such an honest and knowledgeable technician.
