"The latest visit diagnosed a failed ignition valve which needed to be ordered and replaced. They arrived promptly, assessed, diagnosed and ordered the parts immediately. It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."

They came out to give an estimate for removing tank water heater and installing tankless electric water heater. David was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my many questions. The estimate was detailed and explained perfectly. They showed up on time, did a perfect job and left the area perfectly clean. David explained to me how everything worked and again, answered all my questions. David and Josiah were friendly and even nice to my little dog, who barked at them until she realized they were "friends". David even gave her a treat! All you "dog people" know that is special. "As a repeat customer, I can say that Billy never fails to deliver great customer service at a great price. He is honest and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our sewage exit drain pipe after record rain. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. After the hole was dug he also noticed what could be another issue and upon further uncovering, he was 100% correct. Our pipe was semi disconnected just a bit further down the line. Taking care of that problem too while the hole was open saved us money and headaches! Our system is up and running well and the price was more than fair. "Used this company to pump out my septic tank, came out and pretty much charged me $1400 to not do a job at all.... withing 2 days of "pumping my tank clean" the tank was back full and looked like it never was emptied. I had 2 other people look at it and they also said it wasn't pumped emptied, nor was my filter changed or cleaned... called 3 times to fix the issue and asked for the boss or manager to call me but he never did. Doug (my tech) finally called me to try and fix the issue but it just seemed as if they wanted to just pacify the problem like it was just how it works when 2 other people told me it wasn't. When they seen I put a complaint on the BBB site they called me and threatened me to take down the complaint or they weren't coming back out to clean the filter THAT THEY DIDNT DO TO BEGIN WITH!!!!!!!! This company has no morals nor do they care about their customers! They are out to just screw people out of their hard earned money. DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU!!!"
