His prices were fair, and he showed up when he said he would and finished the jobs efficiently. I've had some good contractors in the past but he is the best. My only reservation about leaving this review is that I am afraid if too many people find him he'll be too busy to continue to help me out! I am buying a new home and already I know of projects where he will be my first call. "They did an excellent job rebuilding the back porch roof where the wood had rotten. The rebuild was completed just as requested and in a good quality. The metal roof was dry and good quality."

"I worked easilty with my contact in planning and setting up the construction of a new shed in my backyard. The project was a little complicated and included demolishing an old existing structure and building a new shed on top of that foundation. I am happy with the finished product and feel it was a good value. But, issues with the contractor arose after the building was finished. It took several phone calls, emails and even texts for them to come back and clean up the property, including removing the debris from the old structure, leftover lumbar and trash. It was six weeks before they came back and cleaned up. I feel they really dropped the ball at the end.
