When trying to get a quote to build a 400 sq ft home, most builders ignored me or said no. I gave Dale a contract with house specs and details of what I wanted including the foundation, flooring, roofing, and fixtures. He followed the list of requested materials by 97%. I asked him a ton of questions before and during the building process; he promptly answered all of them. Dale is extremely thorough and is always watching out for your best interest. For example, I requested a specific heating/cooling system in my original plans but Dale came back with an even better system, a very efficient heat pump. Dale kept me informed throughout the process by sending me progress photos and he did not cut corners. I am very happy he built my home. Even today if I have questions about the home he does not hesitate to answer them.
