A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Tracy (Owner) is at every job, you do not meet with any sales representatives, you meet the owner himself. He and His son (Jake) will come meet you and discuss any questions or concerns you may have. We do subcontract, but that has never caused an issue or concern for us and we warranty and guarantee all work that we have done/or will do. Our prices are ALWAYS competitive with the going market. We are not out to get your money or take advantage of the homeowner due to the economy, but are out to do a quality job for a competitive price. We do not require or ask for any money upfront. We wait until you and/or Jake or Tracy walk the job and are completely satisfied.

My first experience was great; the owner met with me to determine what I needed and to answer questions. After the installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the product and service. My second experience was different; I had to leave a few messages before I heard back from the owner. He told me that he subcontracted out all his window jobs, saying someone would be out to measure. The man who did the measuring and the man who actually installed my windows were professional and competent, and I love the quality the windows. After the job was completed I did not contacted by the anyone to see if I was satisfied, but about a week later I got a call asking for payment. Maybe I am just old school but I believe spending more than $5,000 with a company entitles me to at least a "thank you for your business"."

I had to send in my own pictures as proof that my roof was never cleaned. It took about two weeks to hear back from them. I never recieved an apology for being sent a bill for completed service. The service was rescheduled and completed without any good loyalty to customer, and once again charged me full price."
