"HandyMack performed multiple jobs for us, so it is hard to choose categories above. Essentially they did multiple repairs prior to our selling our house. They repaired and replaced rotten siding and windowsills. They pressure cleaned and painted the exterior of the house. They installed French doors. They removed some drywall and replaced it after putting a new boot on the roof to prevent further pater intrusion. In short - lots of stuff. They were very prompt and responsive. I would use them again, and intend to when we move into our new house."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I usually do not provide reviews. However, Malik from M2Renovations went so far beyond what I expected that I felt obligated to provide a comment. The project was to repair the planks on the deck and the associated stairs. Unfortunately, the original contractor had failed to install flashing, leading to rot on the stringers and joists that was not visible before the start of the project. As a result, both the stringers and joists needed repair. To me, this was not only beyond the original project scope but could be covered by twining the existing joists? an easier fix. Despite this, Malik completely replaced all three stair stringers and several joists at no additional cost. And, perhaps for the first time, I had to negotiate with a contractor to pay a higher price as he wanted to stick to his original quote, which was still pretty low considering the additional time and material required. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions (and I tend to have a lot), and even played"

"Jeffery did a great job on my deck and pergola repair and replacing the front steps to my home. We arranged for him to come out and evaluate the deck and repairs required. We agreed on a price and an estimated work date. Once into the job, he discovered some additional repairs were needed in a pergola that is structurally incorporated into the deck. Some of the structure had rotted in a hidden area. After showing me the newly discovered damage, Jeffery came up with a plan of action and reevaluated what would be needed. We agreed on a price based on the new Information and he got back to work. He was able to complete the job with great results. I was very pleased with his service and communication throughout. He was always on time. He and his crew were professional and unobtrusive throughout completion of the project. They also made a point to clean up daily after they wrapped up. "Frank's company was the first company to call me within seconds of me releasing the submit button. He arrived on time to look at the window that needed to be replaced. Frank told me he thought I might have specially ordered the wrong window. So he got in touch with his window guy to get started on another window. Found out later that the window I originally started out to order was the right window. When it came time to replace the window, the new window was just a 1/8 inch too big. So Frank called his window guy and got another window ordered. Frank went over and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I will use him again. Thanks Frank"
