"Take away stuff left over from the repairs."

"Rick Lacey and his team arrived each morning around 8am and stayed on the job until it was completed. Some days even working in the rain. I would highly recommend him for installing new decks and repairing older ones. Very honest and upfront on estimate and making adjustments to the construction for securing to existing deck."

"Jim responded promptly to my order placed on Angie's List for the Remote Computer Tune Up & Repair Deal.  He cleaned up the computer remotely, which was running very slowly, and required frequent re-boots.  Computer is running much faster now.  Great service.  Would highly recommend.

"I usually do not provide reviews. However, Malik from M2Renovations went so far beyond what I expected that I felt obligated to provide a comment. The project was to repair the planks on the deck and the associated stairs. Unfortunately, the original contractor had failed to install flashing, leading to rot on the stringers and joists that was not visible before the start of the project. As a result, both the stringers and joists needed repair. To me, this was not only beyond the original project scope but could be covered by twining the existing joists? an easier fix. Despite this, Malik completely replaced all three stair stringers and several joists at no additional cost. And, perhaps for the first time, I had to negotiate with a contractor to pay a higher price as he wanted to stick to his original quote, which was still pretty low considering the additional time and material required. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions (and I tend to have a lot), and even played"

"Jeffery did a great job on my deck and pergola repair and replacing the front steps to my home. We arranged for him to come out and evaluate the deck and repairs required. We agreed on a price and an estimated work date. Once into the job, he discovered some additional repairs were needed in a pergola that is structurally incorporated into the deck. Some of the structure had rotted in a hidden area. After showing me the newly discovered damage, Jeffery came up with a plan of action and reevaluated what would be needed. We agreed on a price based on the new Information and he got back to work. He was able to complete the job with great results. I was very pleased with his service and communication throughout. He was always on time. He and his crew were professional and unobtrusive throughout completion of the project. They also made a point to clean up daily after they wrapped up. I would recommend him highly."

"Did a quality job of replacing the glass in 13 windows and kitchen cabinets. One cabinet had a crack in it the next day, I called and they promptly came out and replaced it without question. Very professional. I have hired them to do more repair work as this job went so smoothly."
