"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Everything was done and fixed accordingly. Repair guy was pleasant and listen well. Overall, good job."

"Jeffery did a great job on my deck and pergola repair and replacing the front steps to my home. We arranged for him to come out and evaluate the deck and repairs required. We agreed on a price and an estimated work date. Once into the job, he discovered some additional repairs were needed in a pergola that is structurally incorporated into the deck. Some of the structure had rotted in a hidden area. After showing me the newly discovered damage, Jeffery came up with a plan of action and reevaluated what would be needed. We agreed on a price based on the new Information and he got back to work. He was able to complete the job with great results. I was very pleased with his service and communication throughout. He was always on time. He and his crew were professional and unobtrusive throughout completion of the project. They also made a point to clean up daily after they wrapped up. I would recommend him highly."

"Charlie Rudolph is your "ace" for any construction job imaginable. No, I'm not related, nor have any relation to Charlie. I needed my deck repaired to meet my home buyer's request. I found Charlie through Service Magic. From day one, he was incredibly professional and truly understood my 18 month-unsold home situation and gave me an outstanding deal. He made my deck look brand new again!! I was his first customer with Service Magic, and will definitely be a return customer with Service Magic if Charlie is their benchmark for quality. BRAVO CHARLIE!!!"
