"I was so impressed with Jessica and Nathan of Crawlspaces and More from the initial prompt scheduling of my appointment, to their detailed estimation of the project cost and their efficacy in work completion. "From start to finish - top notch! Will arrived timely and completed a thorough inspection, even inspecting an area (crawl space) that I wasn’t contemplating, but desperately needed some work as well. Quotes (yes, 3 of them) were provided to delineate the differing areas and work - along with related warranties. We received a quote from a competitor, and AquaGuard was the best value, most comprehensive, and best warranty. Scheduling went seamlessly with Justin (though they didn’t update my phone and kept calling my husband). The crew, lead by Marquise, communicated their arrival about 30 mins out, arriving timely. He professionally introduced his team, Joseph and Stephon for the crawl space on Day 1 and Alex for the basement on Day 2 - and they set to work. They laid covering over the carpet to protect it from this Georgia red clay. Working productively, with care and thoughtfulness to achieve a job well done. "Charles Rhoden and his team were awesome. When he came to look at the work to be done, I couldn't believe my eyes when he put on something to cover up his clothes and he was into the crawl space in a matter of seconds, closely inspecting the foundation under 2 bathrooms. I believe it was primarily the sills that needed replacing under both bathrooms, as well as a number of other smaller things under the bathroom. There was one primary worker on my job & he was great. He showed up on time several days in a row, worked steadily and was very professional. The one day he couldn't be on the job, he let me know the day before that he had a doctor's appointment the next day. No problem. The work was completed on time, on budget and I was very happy with the work done.
I was getting ready to go to graduate school and had to move out of town.
My house had been converted into a duplex and there was a big area of the floor sagging right in the front entrance of the rental unit. I contacted Charles and he took care of things. Because I didn't have the money to have the job done as it should be done, Charles had a worker come over to stabilize the problem. He poured a concrete base that would support 2"x 6" supports that, with one end on the concrete, they went up and supported plywood. The sub-flooring had rotted out due to water damage. the plywood was placed directly under the sub-flooring / floor and the 2" x 6" supports were put in place on a solid concrete base and the other end was against the plywood. Charles CHARGED ME NOTHING, at all. I couldn't believe it. He said to just think of him the next time I needed any type of foundation work done again.
Charles Rhoden and his team were excellent. The work came in on time, on budget and was done right. What more could you ask for? And then, he charged me nothing for a smaller job, a temporary support that lasted a good 7 or 8 years, when I renovated the house and this part of the sub-flooring was fixed.
