No communication, totally untrustworthy. They always have a story about why the work isnt done. Cant get on the schedule. Totally unorganized. Give me my money back!!!

Had Foundation Solutions do my crawlspace and WOW what a difference. Everyone was great! From the salesman to the guys that worked their butts off doing the work. Itâ  s such an amazing transformation. Highly recommend.

Lacks integrity, dishonest and untrustworthy Do yourself a favor and call another company. My experience with this company was very poor. Went through a difficult situation throughout a job. They turned their back, didnâ t take ownership and deflected blame. I took this company to court and was compensated. Iâ ve heard from other dissatisfied customerâ s this isnâ t the first time nor the last â ¦ You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states itâ s built on integrity, honesty and trust. Just because itâ s a veteran owned company doesnâ t mean they inherently have these traits. Iâ d argue if a veteran has to highlight that, they are the opposite of what they say.

I commend Foundations Solutions 360 for their integrity, work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction. ony and Charles were at my home today. They were patient, professional knowledgeable, and creative in resolving an issue caused by the location of my gutters. They took time to explain the planned work; and, before beginning, clearly explained the process and even set up a configuration to enhance my understanding and to ensure satisfaction. I was impressed with their knowledge and communication. Again, I would like to emphasize their integrity and work ethic., Not being knowledgeable about foundation work and related issues, I must trust the knowledge, honesty, and commitment to excellence of those professionals who work on my home. I am fortunate to have chosen Foundations Solutions 360 and am especially grateful for Tonny and Charles and the work they completed today. Their knowledge and attention to detail are impressive and reassuring, and I am very grateful. The crew who initially worked on my home were also industrious and efficient and equally deserve commendation. Kudos, too, for Joek, the person who leads the Foundations Solutions 360 team. Despite his busy schedule, he always took tame to address my needs. He patiently and carefully addresses customers' questions and concerns and provides clear explanations. Finally, also worthy of recognition are Linda and Liz, the secretaries who receive customer calls. They promptly and cheerfully answer calls and efficiently addressc customers' needs. Waiting on hold is not a problem for Foundations Solutions 360 customers. Foundations Solutions 360 reflects the same commitment and integrity to homeowners with foundation problems as their commitment and integrity to serving our country, and I am grateful for their service.

Was great everything was excellent

I had contracted with Foundation Solutions 360 to fix an area of my foundation. In the process of the repair, they damaged my water drainage line. I had to get a plumber out to diagnose the problem and offer a solution. My plumber said he would be happy to inform Foundation Solutions of the problem but they refuse to call him. Foundation Solutions came back out three times and have not corrected the problem. They damaged other areas of my home as well, which I am willing to overlook and I am trying to be reasonable, but I paid them over $16,000 and they are not fixing the problems that they caused. I do not recommend them for any work to anyone.

Nate was very informative and helpful during the initial Quote process. On the scheduled work day Rick and his crew were on time and professional. They laid down protective material on the flooring leading to my basement and created a work zone using plastic sheets floor to ceiling to keep dust contained. All in all I’m very satisfied with the entire interaction and have already recommended them to my friend.

The supervisor, Nate, was professional, informative, efficient and reassuring. Kept the house clean and dry. Highly recommend this company. No up selling or scare or high pressure tactics. I love my dry basement!

Mark was the estimator for the project. He inspected the crawl space and gave detailed drawings and cost involved in the work to be done. Joe was the office contact on the timing of the job and was easy to work with on scheduling. Best of all was Nate who did the work. Not only did an excellent job but took pictures of what was done in the crawl space so I could see the installed supports that corrected the sagging floors. We hired FS360 to improve our drainage system and encapsulate our 40 plus year old crawl space after interviewing eight companies. We developed our requirements from research and watching Utube videos. They put everything in writing along with a drawing of our crawl space. They completed the job just as specified.
