He also added extra designs to give it a better appeal (and not just build rails that only meet their purpose), and he didn't add the cost onto the original qoute. After he completed his work, we see Robert as more than just a great contractor/handyman, we consider him family at this point. We plan to hire him again...soon!"

They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. Hauled away debris, including excavated dirt, and cleaned up reasonably. Total cost almost $20k; with lifetime transferable warranty, 3-year service plan, and 0% one-year financing."
