The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Aquaguard was fine, but sub contractor they hired to actually installed the encapsulation was constantly late or not showing up at all. A job I was told would take 2 days took 2 weeks before completed. They also left trash in crawlspace just inside the door. Pieces of pipe for instance. Sealant foam left oozing out of vents outside of crawlspace wall."
