He replaced hardware and a door frame, replaced weather stripping and hung the interior door. He did an excellent job and was pleasant and friendly. His price was reasonable. I would recommend him without reservations and plan to hire him to do other repairs."

They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Aquaguard was fine, but sub contractor they hired to actually installed the encapsulation was constantly late or not showing up at all. A job I was told would take 2 days took 2 weeks before completed. They also left trash in crawlspace just inside the door. Pieces of pipe for instance. Sealant foam left oozing out of vents outside of crawlspace wall."
