They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

Hauled away debris, including excavated dirt, and cleaned up reasonably. Total cost almost $20k; with lifetime transferable warranty, 3-year service plan, and 0% one-year financing."

"Our project was very detailed and difficult. The facade of the home has a semicircular porch with railings and balusters across the roof of the porch. All the balusters had to be replaced (a total of 36). This required precise attention to detail and skill. The task was completed, in our opinion, to perfection. Trim around nine dormers of the house had to be replaced, There were 18 new pilasters that were put on the nine dormers. The look is very appealing and again that project was done with precision. Other more minor repairs were completed very satisfactorily. There are additional projects in need of repair and replacement for which we anticipate that Zenith Home Restoration will be our contractor of choice."

Summary: When you hire a handy man your establishing a relationship with another person/company. I’ve found that so often with contractors that they are horrible communicators. When I called them, .. they answered. When I texted them they responded very quickly. In person they explained what they would do in plain simple terms. Their work product was great.
