had problem with our garage door, called NEGAGDI, they sent a technician the following day and fixed the problem in no time, the Good and Positive thing about this Nice Company is they are NOT taking advantage, up pricing or creating unseen problem. they are honest and VERY reasonable price! Highly Recommended!!

The company was able to get a technician to my house the day after I called, but unfortunately they did not have the correct spring size with them so they couldn't replace it that day. The technician said they would get the spring and call the following week to schedule installation. When I didn't hear from them the next week, I called and apparently the technician who came to my house was on vacation and the paperwork regarding my spring was missing. They sent someone else out to measure the spring and ended up installing it when originally promised. So, it didn't take any longer to fix the spring, but I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't called them to follow up.
All of the technicians who came to our house were kind, professional, and prompt, and the work was done well, so I will use them again in the future.

The salesman offered different choices. Once I decided, they were ordered and within two weeks, installed. The installers were quick and thorough. I would use this company again.

Friday afternoon, 3:30, day before a home football game. Garage door spring comes to a crashing, explosive end to its life, leaving the double door in closed position. Called Northeast Georgia Gutters and Garage Door Openers and explained what I thought had happened, and asked if they thought there was any chance they could come out early next week. I told them I had a situation, since my husband is in a power wheelchair and the ramp is, of course, in the garage. Impossible steps with narrow door was the only escape other than out to the front porch. The man I spoke with, Jeff, said "Hold on a minute. Don't go away." A short time later, he came back on the line and said "I'm glad you didn't call 30 seconds later! I've got 2 guys who can come out right now." He got the address, thanked me, and that was that. Pretty soon, the guys arrived. They didn't even seem to be annoyed that they had just gotten into their cars to head for home and a nice weekend! They took one look, showed us what had happened (yes, it was broken in half), and set about to repair it. They worked hard for at least an hour and a half, getting the old one off and the new one on. At the end, the bill was ready, and they explained some discount offer if I wanted to get a new door. I was pleased!!! Definitely recommend!!! Professional!!!

I found that a torsion spring on my garage door mechanism had broken and called NE Georgia Gutters and Garage doors who set up an appointment for the following morning to come and repair it. The repair person showed up at the appointed time and had the job done in less than an hour, including determining the proper sized spring to use from the supplies he had with him.

Dean at NE Gutters and Garage Doors did an excellent job with the entire job. Both jobs came in on budge and on time. Their prices were the best we found, and the customer service was extremely good. Despite many calls and concerns and changes of mind on colors, needing information, and more anxiety than was surely necessary to make our decisions, Dean and his crew were patient and always very willing to serve us in the way we needed to be served. Excellent customer rapport, great prices, and we would not hesitate to recommend NE Gutters and Garage Doors for anyone needing garage doors or gutter work on any project.

We had a very professional estimater come out to speak with my wife about the work we wanted done. He was very professional and very respectful. He asked that I call to approve the work as well. It was a great conversation. A team of skilled workers came out to our house this morning and worked so efficiently and exhibited such graciousness with us. Before we knew it, the work was finished and the price was very resonable. We asked them to do a bit more, and they called their headquarters to get additional supplies that were delivered in no time, and we paid for the additional work we wanted completed. It was the best home repair experience we have ever had! I give them the highest evaluation possible!
