"After getting multiple quotes, the price caught my attention. Right from the start, the customer service was great. They returned my calls, showed up when they said they would, and charged me what I was quoted. I am so glad I chose them. The pool in our subdivision looks great and they stayed on schedule. Nelson and his team even helped me find the cut off valve for the water at the pool! Great work from an honest company."

"I have previously filed a BBB complaint and was contacted by the owner to remove the complaint. I was told if I removed the complaint that they would get the job finished and as an apology send us a 100.00 gift card on them for my wife and I to go out and have dinner on them. That was in June and that never happened either. Even after I removed my complaint they continued to drag their feet and blame the insurance company. They have already spent almost 8 thousand dollars of the insurance money and all they have done is lay down a new carpet that I purchased out of my own pocket and lay down the kitchen floor that was ruined. They over charged on the materials in the breakdown they sent me by almost a thousand dollars, I have the prices from Lowes where they were purchased so I know their prices were more than what was actually paid. 30% of the insurance money went to them for what they call Overhead and Profit. That is 1 thousand dollars above what the original quote they gave me was"

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

If you live in an area where pool enclosures are expected, like in Florida, having one won't necessarily increase your home value. However, it's worth noting that in warm climates, a pool can add $11,600 to $95,000 to a home's value.

On the other hand, if you're in an area where pool enclosures are not common, having one might set your home apart from the crowd. Depending on the appraiser, you may see an additional $25,000 to $27,000 or more for an enclosed, inground pool when it comes time to sell.

Evaporation causes up to 70% of outdoor pools’ energy losses, according to the U.S. Department of Energy. While you can’t completely prevent evaporation, different types of pool covers can help a lot. Pool enclosures, however, don’t do much to stop evaporation—and the cost to build a pool enclosure likely won’t tempt you to try.

A retaining wall can only function as a fence if it’s high enough on all sides to prevent someone from accidentally falling into the pool. However, most retaining walls retain dirt, which means their purpose is not related to safety. There would need to be nothing on the other side of the wall for it to be considered a fence, but in that case, it wouldn’t retain anything and would cease to be a retaining wall.

The best way to heat a swimming pool depends on your pool and location. Those living in sunny environments may find that a solar-powered heater works just fine, but you may need something more reliable, like a gas or electric heater if it’s often cloudy where you live. When in doubt, try a few lower-cost options first to see if they meet your needs before going all in on a more expensive heater.

Mesh and tempered glass are both very safe pool fencing options because they’re difficult to climb. You might also want to consider installing a pool safety net, and always make sure your pool is maintained properly. You could even consider a swimming pool enclosure that surrounds the pool on all sides.
