"We had our shower completely redone by this company. The actual shower is nice and we can not complain about the work done. However, the customer experience was very much a bait and switch. The salesman was very nice, which was to be expected. The project manager we had made no effort to keep us informed on the timeline and installation status. The crew and workers who came to physically do the installation were great but I felt like for the price we paid, it would have been nice to have better communication from the project manager. Also, when we signed paperwork with the salesman on the job, we were promised the shower would only take 4 weeks (entire job to be finished within two days) at the most to be finished. However, it actually took 8 weeks from signed papers to completion and two different installation dates because they did not have the door ready. After this experience, if we could have hired out the contractors only that would have been ideal. The company left much to be desired in both communication and meeting promised deadlines."

"Keith is the best! I had a pool leak on an 18 year old liner & needed a new liner. He answered so many questions I had before I even hired him. I learned a lot. "This was the first hot tub we have purchased and couldn’t be more happier. The entire team at Athens Pool and Spa from the owner on down were extremely helpful, answering all of our questions. We had it delivered and installed with Zero issues. We did need have their technician come out afterward to diagnose an electrical issue. We found out that the electrician who ran the wiring to the disconnect wired it incorrectly. The tech fixed the issue and it has ran flawlessly since. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a spa."

"Eddie came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and personable and set a date and time for the following week to do the job. Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job. This malady in my floor was preventing me from installing hardwood flooring so I am very happy it is done!
