"We had our shower completely redone by this company. The actual shower is nice and we can not complain about the work done. However, the customer experience was very much a bait and switch. The salesman was very nice, which was to be expected. The project manager we had made no effort to keep us informed on the timeline and installation status. The crew and workers who came to physically do the installation were great but I felt like for the price we paid, it would have been nice to have better communication from the project manager. Also, when we signed paperwork with the salesman on the job, we were promised the shower would only take 4 weeks (entire job to be finished within two days) at the most to be finished. However, it actually took 8 weeks from signed papers to completion and two different installation dates because they did not have the door ready. After this experience, if we could have hired out the contractors only that would have been ideal. The company left much to be desired in both communication and meeting promised deadlines."
