Im now 38 yrs old I have been over THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS this past 1yr 1/2 for ONE of the #1 CELLULAR PHONE COMPANY'S 16 BRICK & MORTAR BUILDINGS IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA & UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA part of every DECISION, or any repairs made I completed, also immediate response to emergency positive covid case disinfection, emergency repairs like flooding,main water line busted in bathrooms, roof collapse, Pressure washing, to painting parking spaces,HVAC maintenance ECT.. it has always been my dream to be self-sufficient and build a company by my dedication and hard work and I have done that. Needless to say my willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed in life like adapting,maintaining my focus,dedication, always learning staying teachable in hopes of perfecting the property management game. "Well my experience was the first day he came he had trouble with the sander he was on the phone for several hours and then he was working on his sander for several hours I mean it was a waste of time all of that then when he finally sanded my floor it seem to go okay but when he get down to styling it can you use some kind of buffer to apply the stain and the stain went all on my baseboards But on a lot of them and it went up like a half an inch to an inch in spaces I have my hair is a Great big cabin and the wood that they use was for like a real porous. And he said that he would tape it off. He got it all over my best boards even though they taped it And then he had me for a towel so I gave him And he stuffed them in the air conditioning events So no does or anything would come up and also knew that would go down in the vent. And got how off of my personal tower wreck And ruined them. I wasn't satisfied he left before I could get back so I didn't have a chance so I didn't have a chance to review his work. My husband took pictures from upstairs but you couldn't proceed with how badly the baseboards were."

This will only work if the floor is structurally sound and the only issue you have is the way it looks. The easiest way to do this is to use large area rugs. You can also paint the floor, although that’s a labor-intensive job if you want to go the DIY route.
