"A standby whole home generator was installed and the two day install went well. I would rate them 9 out of 10 on the installation. It is after-installation care that was not good. The Generac has a mobile link that I paid an additional $200.00 to get an IT professional to link to my home. He was challenged and there is no way that I could have connected the generator without professional help. I called the office of Hambrick Power Systems and the documents were emailed to me, but I think for such an expensive piece of equipment ,more time should have been spent acquainting me with the generator and its operation, before the installers left. Or maybe just a follow-up call for good customer care. It is not everyday that this important a purchase is made, and I think more attention to after sale and installation is warranted, especially since I waited a full year for its delivery."

The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."
